Terms & Conditions – “Name the Project” Broker Contest

1. Organizer

This contest (“Contest”) is organized by Imtiaz Developments L.L.C. (“Organizer”), in connection with its upcoming real estate project located in Meydan, Dubai.

2. Eligibility

  • Participation is open exclusively to registered real estate brokers.
  • Participants must follow Imtiaz Developments’ official social media channels on Instagram and/or Facebook.
  • Employees, affiliates, marketing partners, and immediate family members of Imtiaz Developments L.L.C. are not eligible to participate.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any stage and disqualify any entry that does not meet the stated criteria.

3. How to Participate

  1. Submit one (1) suggested project name for the upcoming Meydan development.
  2. All entries must be submitted on or before 30th October 2025 through the official contest form or other communication channels approved by Imtiaz Developments.
  3. Only one entry per participant is permitted. Multiple submissions will result in automatic disqualification.
  4. Participants must share proof of submission as an Instagram or Facebook Story, tagging @imtiazdevelopments and using #ImtiazInMeydan.
  5. Each entry must be original, not previously published, and free from third-party intellectual property rights.
  6. By submitting an entry, participants confirm and warrant that their submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.

4. Contest Period

  • Contest Duration: From 6 October 2025 to 30 October 2025.
  • Winner Announcement: November 2025 (exact date to be announced on Imtiaz Developments’ official social media channels).

5. Winner Selection and Prize

  • The winning name will be selected by an internal committee appointed by Imtiaz Developments based on creativity, relevance, and alignment with the project and brand vision.
  • The decision of the Organizer shall be final and not subject to appeal or dispute.
  • The winner will receive one (1) Land Rover Defender vehicle as the contest prize.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The winner will be notified directly and publicly announced on official Imtiaz Developments social media pages.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All submitted entries, including the proposed names, become the exclusive property of Imtiaz Developments upon submission.
  • Participants irrevocably assign and transfer all intellectual property rights in their submission to Imtiaz Developments, without limitation or further compensation.
  • The Organizer shall have the unrestricted right to modify, adapt, or use the submitted name for any project, campaign, or commercial purpose at its sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Imtiaz Developments shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
  • The Organizer assumes no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, lost, corrupted, or not received due to technical or communication errors.
  • Participation is undertaken entirely at the participant’s own risk.

8. Privacy and Publicity

  • By entering the contest, participants agree that Imtiaz Developments may use their name, photo, and likeness for marketing, promotional, or public relations purposes without additional notice or compensation.
  • Personal data collected in connection with the contest will be processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and the company’s internal privacy policy.

9. Organizer’s Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any participant for breach of these terms.
  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
  • Withhold or revoke the prize in case of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of eligibility criteria.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contest is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

11. Acceptance

Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Imtiaz Developments L.L.C..
